Ainsley's goal is to help empower and support residents in developing and maintaining their mental wellness. She takes a compassionate, strengths-based approach to help with challenging thought patterns and behaviours. Recognizing each individual has their own unique needs and strengths, Ainsley works from a flexible framework to enact a treatment strategy specific to you. Using an eclectic approach to therapy, she most commonly draws from solution-focused brief therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy skills, and mindfulness when treatment planning.
Ainsley completed a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and is a member in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. A proud member of the CCFA team since August 2020.
