Vyvian is the Family Services Coordinator at CCFA. She completed her undergraduate studies in Indigenous Studies with a minor in Psychology. Following this, she graduated on the Dean's Honours list in Addiction and Mental Health Counselling Certification. Vyvians skills include Applied Suicide Intervention Skills and Training, Trauma Informed Care, and Crisis Intervention. In addition to her educational background and skills, Vyvian has sat on the board for HPEC Harm Reduction Alliance committee. Vyvian's skills have allowed her to develop, promote, and support addiction and mental health based activities and programs that impact the balance and wellness for individuals within the family unit. Vyvian's passion, as well as her first hand experiences in coping with addiction and mental health, has provided her an ability to guide families and their loved ones through their treatment and recovery. In addition to her family support role, Vyvian, assists in running daily programming for residents that is centered around the family dynamics which guides them through their discharge process and re-entrance back into their daily lives as they navigate their sobriety.
