Nikki is a Registered Social Service Worker and holds a post-graduate certificate in Addictions and Mental Health from Durham College. Nikki has worked with several populations of individuals who live with various cognitive challenges and/or mental health diagnoses. Nikki believes in a humanistic, client-centred approach, using compassion and empathy to build rapport with all individuals.
