Jessica is the Family Services Coordinator at CCFA. After graduating on the dean’s list with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology, Jessica completed an Extension Certificate in Addiction Studies. Jessica has certifications in Trauma Informed Care, Applied Suicide Intervention Skills & Training, and The Brain Story. Along with her educational background, Jessica has worked in supervised access programs, emergency shelters, and clinical support.
Jessica uses her passion and knowledge to guide families and their loved ones through treatment and recovery. She helps families nurture their own recovery to break the cycle of addiction and promotes healing between the addict and their loved ones. In addition to her family support role, Jessica runs daily programming for our residents and guides them through the discharge process of re-entering the community in their sobriety.
