Jeffrey Cameron started his journey in the field of social services nearly 15 years ago and has worked with a wide range of vulnerable persons during this time. The first of these experiences was as a residential care worker with an addiction treatment facility in Toronto. Since that first job as a young man, Jeff has worked as a counsellor for Toronto’s homeless youth, with children diagnosed with severe mental illnesses, as a counsellor for developmentally delayed adults, the coordinator of a community and family services centre in one of Toronto’s priority neighborhoods. Jeff continues to work in the field of addiction services, as an addictions counsellor, and shift Supervisor at CCFA.
