Having earned a diploma from Humber College in Social Service Work and completed McMaster University's graduate program in Addictions and Mental Health, Erin works with her clients to provide evidence-based therapeutic modalities and support to assist with their personal growth and recovery journey. Erin uses the biopsychosocial model in treatment planning to ensure all aspects of life are accounted for, allowing for the greatest success. Erin takes a client-centered approach and utilizes compassion, empathy, and her own journey in recovery to build rapport. Erin, a certified yoga instructor, and stress management consultant, runs the weekly Yoga, Stress Management, and Meditation program to help our clients process using alternate therapeutic tools. Erin is an enthusiastic, nurturing, and insightful individual with a true passion for supporting people on their road to recovery.
