Amy began her career in nursingafter graduating from Fleming College in 2006. A nursing home was the first stop on her career path where she specialized in working with clients who suffered from dementia and Ahlzeimers disease before returning to a medical-surgical floor at the local hospital where Amy completed her initial nursing consolidation. Amy eventually left this position to pursue her passion of working in the mental health field and addictions where she has remained since 2007.
