Shawna Colburn

Shawna’s culinary journey began with the Ontario Youth Apprenticeship program studying at Fleming College to gain high school as well as apprentice credits. Upon graduation she received high honours and praise from the Chef Professors. After high school she attended George Brown College for a two year Culinary management program. It was there she also worked in high end Distillery District at Pure Spirits Oyster bar.

After graduating College she returned home to Peterborough to open her own business and so became ‘Forever Red Cakes and Catering’. Two years into catering weddings, birthdays and other functions she decided to join CCFA. Shawna has developed a love and passion for helping those with addictions. Through the power of good food and good energy she hopes to leave an impression on each client, be it shared recipe or song, she’s here to fill your belly and your soul!
